Agnes focuses her practice on assisting employers in workers’ compensation matters. Agnes has successfully defended employers at thousands of administrative hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission and previously served as a hearing consultant for Sedgwick CMS, the largest third-party administrator of worker compensation claims in the state of Ohio. In this role, she gained an intricate knowledge of the Ohio Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment systems.
